Setting Up

From a fresh install to a live display in three steps.

Everything is set up from the dashboard at http://localhost:3000/dashboard(opens in new tab).

1. Connect your hardware

Go to Integrations, choose Add integration, and fill in the connection details. Each integration's page lists what you'll need.

metrd finds your devices automatically - solar array, battery, grid, and so on. They appear under Devices.

2. Build a display

Go to Displays and choose Configure display. Add a section for each part of your system, then add the matching devices to each one. See Configuring a Display.

3. Put it on a screen

Choose Set as default on your display, then open /monitor on any screen, such as http://localhost:3000/monitor.
