Tariffs

Add what you pay for energy to see what today has cost.

Add your tariff and the live display's Energy Today panel shows what the day has cost so far, including your standing charge and any export earnings.

Adding a tariff

1. Under Tariffs, choose Add tariff and give it a name, energy type, and currency.
2. Open it and choose Add period. Set when the prices started, and the Daily rate (your standing charge). Leave Expiry empty for your current prices.
3. Open the period and use Add row to add your prices through the day.

For a flat rate, add one row from 00:00 to 00:00. For a time-of-use tariff, add a row for each window - together they must cover the whole day. Add Generation rows alongside Consumption rows if you're paid for export.

Enter electricity rates per kWh.

When your prices change, set an expiry on the old period and add a new one.

Using it

Under Devices, choose Set tariff on your grid device.
