Fixes for common problems.

An integration isn't working

On the Integrations page, check its Failed API calls count and open it to see what went wrong. Debug API calls in the dashboard lists every call metrd has made.

After several failures in a row, metrd stops trying. Once you've fixed the problem, save the integration again, or disable and re-enable it.

A section on the display shows zero

The device behind it hasn't reported for over 10 minutes. Check its integration, as above.

"App update required" or "API update required"

The app and API containers are on versions that don't work together. Update both - see Installation.

Saved passwords stopped working

The encryption key has changed. Re-enter the credentials on each integration, or put the old key back.
