The Live Display

What the live display shows and how to read it.

The live display shows your home's energy as it happens. It's designed to be left running on a screen, such as a tablet on the wall.

Sections

• Solar - what your panels are generating
• Battery - charging or discharging, and how full it is
• Grid - importing or exporting
• House - what your home is using

Lines between sections show power moving, in the direction it's flowing. The more power, the faster they move.

Energy Today

Shows the energy you've used from the grid since midnight, and what it has cost. Cost needs a tariff.

When something stops

If a device stops reporting, its section keeps its last value for 10 minutes, then shows zero. If the display loses its connection, it says so and reconnects on its own.
